Cannoli cream on top of a crispy vanilla pizzelle,with a second pizzelle on top. crumble up the pizzelles and eat with a spoon, or eat it like a cannoli pizzelle sandwich
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CAKE
The baker calls it “chocolate peanut butter explosion”. we just say its over the top decadent and enough for two, maybe three drizzled with caramel!!!

Vineyard made red sauce over penne pasta covered with freshly grated parmesan cheese

Vineyard made italian sausage simmered for hours with carrots, onions, celery, garlic, dry red wine, butter, and vineyard red. Then sauteed with penne & covered with freshly grated parmesan cheese
STUFFED PEZIATO (SPICY) RICOTTA & SAUSAGE PENNE
A deconstructed stuffed hot banana pepper. sliced hot banana peppers, vineyard made Italian sausage, onions, peppers, ricotta & penne, sauteed in blended olive oil & garlic covered with freshly grated parmesan
GNOCCHI IN PROSCIUTTO CREAM SAUCE
Gnocchi and prosciutto sauteed in butter, evoo, garlic & parsley, then simmered in a parmesan cream sauce
Every pasta dish will be topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese. flatbread, roll or bread served with each meal most days, while it lasts. we do not have butter, salt, pepper, pepper flakes, grated cheese for the tables.
